‘Way of Peace’ is a style of karate that combines traditional Okinawain Karate Wado-Ryu founded by Grandmaster Hironori Otsuka in 1934 with Shindo Yoshin-Ryu Ju-Jitsu.
Yokai Kami Karate takes it seriously when it comes to a student’s safety and wellbeing. We endeavour to ensure we provide a safe and a nurturing learning environment.
Wado based, Yokai Kami offers teaching of a high standard from an instructor that has over 10 British Titles (WKF and WUKF), numerous European and World titles (WUKF).
Whether your interest be simple self defence, general fitness, or committed study of a material art, Yokai Kami Karate will surpass your expectations.
Covering a wide range of ages and needs, the approach is individually tailored to meet the group/person, allowing maximum enjoyment and free access to learning. There is something for everyone, beginning from; gentle fitness and basic self defence, to graded and/or competitive Karate.
